While there is no concussion-proof helmet, a helmet can help protect you from a serious brain or head injury.
A helmet may not prevent you from sustaining a concussion.
Your helmet should fit properly and be:
Well maintained
Age appropriate
Appropriately certified for use
Worn consistently and correctly.
Replaced as needed
